What's my order status?

Received an email from us? Unsure what it means? No problem; please see the below guide regarding the order process and different statuses.

Order Received: This means your order has been received, picked & packed by our warehouse and your order is on schedule to be delivered in your selected timeframe.

On its way: Great news, our warehouse has fulfilled your order and it has been collected by the delivery company. In the next 24 hours, you should receive a text message with the tracking number and relevant delivery details.

Customer Contacted: If for any reason there is a problem with your order which we need assistance from the customer to resolve, we will reach out to you via email and the order status will reflect accordingly.

Address Incomplete: In some cases, orders are processed, and details of the address can be incomplete which would cause a shipping delay. If this is the case, we will attempt to contact you and mark your order as address incomplete in the hope we can reach you as soon as possible.

Back Order: On rare occasions, items ordered can be out of stock or only available on our website to order on back order. (i.e can only be delivered at a later date). Should you fall into this category, you will be contacted by our customer service team to confirm a delivery date. Once we have been in touch and confirmed, the order status will be updated accordingly.

On Hold: If you have placed an order and contacted us afterwards to request delivery on a certain day or requested to cancel or change items on the order. We will change the status of the order to on hold. Once the customer has decided if they want to proceed or cancel the order, we will proceed with your preferred option and update the status of the order.

Order Refunded: If for any reason you request a refund on your order, we will update the status of your as order refunded once your refund has been issued. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the funds to be back with you once we have refunded your transaction.

Complete: Completed orders have been shipped and to the best of our knowledge have been received by the customer.

Please note, we are extremely proactive in contacting customers should there be a problem of any kind with your order. We will always try to contact you by email, phone or text. If you miss any / are not notified of the above order stages, assume it’s a technical glitch and everything is on track with your order unless a member of our team reaches out to you to inform you otherwise.
